I am at 34 miles so far! Where are you? (Dec. 11)
Take the 90 mile challenge. Run, hike, walk, or use the eliptical to go YOUR 90 miles. This averages out to be at least 3 miles a day (If you started December 1st.) If you wait until the middle or end of the month, your miles per day will increase tremendously. The hardest part about this challenge is starting; finishing is easy. Just make up your mind and do it.
I love this Leah!!!! I run 3-4 miles everyday in addition to 5+ miles on the elliptical at the gym. What a realistic and fulfilling goal! Even if you just walk you can do it! :)
