My Favorite Breakfast Smoothie (as of right now)
Ingredients:
■½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
■¼ cup rolled oats
■1 handful of blueberries
■1 handful of sliced strawberries
■1 handful of shredded carrots
■1 handful of spinach or kale
■½ cup orange juice
■1 tbsp. hemp seeds
■1 tbsp. chia seeds
■2-3 tbsp. honey
